Processing Information:
Please allow 1 business day for processing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). All our products are located in Auckland, New Zealand. We do not ship from other international locations. 

As soon as your order is packed and dispatched we will send an email to the address registered on your account. This email will confirm the unique consignment number that the courier has provided for your order along with the courier provider and instructions on how you can track your order. Please allow at least 24 hours after purchase for this to be processed and updated.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days. Australian orders allow up to 8 working days.

For orders taking longer than expected to arrive:

  1. Check any confirmation correspondence from NZ post or AU Postin your inbox or junk folder
  2. Identify tracking status and updates.
  3. Check delivery details are correct
  4. Check for any correspondence left by couriers – delivery cards or phonecalls.
  5. Check any safe areas that a courier may have left your package around your property. In letterboxes, behind gates, under outdoor furniture – generally in the vicinity of your front door.

Free-shipping threshold If the order value after the return falls below our free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bulk Orders: To streamline shipping and minimize waste, we may thoughtfully combine items in shared packaging or ship bulk cartons without individual retail boxes for screen protectors. This ensures efficient delivery while maintaining the quality of ourproducts.

Shipment or other delivery issues: Screenhug will not be responsible for transit issues caused by the delivery company or other reasons. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Shipment delays
  • Shipments returned to us
  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided to us
  • Parcels left unattended at the delivery address
  • Parcels stolen after delivery
  • Failed delivery attempts due to the recipient's unavailability
  • Customs clearance delays or charges for international shipments

Customers are advised to track their parcels and contact the delivery company directly if any issues arise during shipment. We will, however, provide solutions in accordance with our policy for products lost or damaged in transit.
