Changing Your Mind / Purchasing the Wrong Product by Mistake

This Change of Mind Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you change your mind or purchase the wrong item, you may request a store credit or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned at your own cost. This policy does not apply to bulk orders.

To initiate a change-of-mind return, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Returned goods must be:

  • Sealed and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • In unused, resalable condition

These conditions apply only to change-of-mind returns. They do not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be exchanged for store credit under the following conditions:

  • The product value will be issued as store credit

  • A $16 shipping recovery fee (AU orders) applies where the original order qualified for free shipping

  • No restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping charges (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue

Refunds (Change of Mind)

Eligible change-of-mind refunds are subject to the following:

  • A $16 shipping recovery fee (AU orders) applies where the original order qualified for free shipping

  • Original shipping charges (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is at the customer's cost

These fees apply only to change-of-mind returns and do not apply where a remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline a change-of-mind return, exchange or store credit request in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Personal circumstances or delays unrelated to the product

  • External events that do not affect the product or our ability to fulfil the order

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for bulk orders, as determined at the time of request.

Order Cancellation Fee (Unshipped Orders)

Change-of-mind cancellations requested before dispatch are subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing and transaction costs.

Products Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal of delivery, or any similar reason outside our control, you may choose one of the following:

  • Re-delivery, subject to a $15 re-delivery fee (AU orders) payable before dispatch; or

  • A partial refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the order value after the return falls below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee may also be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to decline a change-of-mind refund or exchange where:

  • The parcel cannot be located or recovered from the courier;

  • The product is returned in an unsellable condition; or

  • Circumstances are unrelated to the product or our ability to fulfil the order.

Products Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable and provide photographs or video of the damage, including the product and its packaging.

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage you to notify us within 48 hours of delivery to assist with courier investigations. However, this timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please retain the product and all original packaging, as the courier may require inspection.

Products Lost in Transit

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter with the courier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

We may request reasonable information from you to assist with the courier investigation.

Products Faulty Upon Arrival (Australia – Consumer Law)

If your product is faulty on arrival or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

To assess the issue, the product must be returned to us for inspection. This enables us to confirm the fault and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product is confirmed to have failed to meet the Australian Consumer Law guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming products before release.

  • Full payment is required at checkout.

  • Estimated arrival dates are provided in good faith but are subject to supplier and shipping delays.
