What Are Store Credits?

Store credits are a flexible form of payment that can be applied to your order at checkout. They're a great way to use refunds, rewards, or gift balances toward your next purchase at Screenhug.

How to Apply Store Credits at Checkout

  1. Add items to your cart – Browse our range of premium phone cases and tech accessories and add your favourites to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout – Click the cart icon and select Checkout.

  3. Log in to your account using the email address associated with your Screenhug customer account – Store credits are tied to your customer account, so make sure you're signed in with the correct email address to access your available balance.

  4. Apply your store credit – At the payment step, you'll see your available store credit balance. Select the option to apply it to your order:

  5. Complete your purchase – If your store credit covers the full order total, no additional payment is needed. If the order exceeds your credit balance, you can pay the remaining amount with a credit card or other payment method.

Things to Know

  • Store credits are applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in, or you may need to select them manually depending on your checkout settings.
  • Credits expire after a year and can be used across multiple orders.
  • Store credits cannot be transferred to another account or refunded for cash.
